Hi everyone!
Happy March all!
Thank you all for your kind patience so far! After some research, we've decided to use Backerkit to collect your surveys and shipping fees. We've just sent out our smoke test surveys via Backerkit, so a small number of you should be receiving your surveys! Once all looks good, I will be processing all surveys to be sent out by tomorrow!
Do note that all add-on items have already been added into your cart on Backerkit, so you will not have to add them again! :) You may choose your pledged items styles / colours / etc and pay for shipping fees via the survey.
🚚 Shipping & Address

All shipping fees will be collected via Backerkit! These fees will be calculated based on your overall parcel weight and the country you are based in.

You will be able to change your shipping address at anytime before I receive the products and have them shipped out to you guys! I will make another update before I start locking in your addresses!
📝 Backerkit Surveys

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
- After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
- If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.
- If you do not receive the survey link by end this week, do let me know asap!
‼️ Please Note:
- No rewards will be sent out to surveys that are left unanswered after the survey deadline. These will be considered as donation to the campaign, so please do answer your surveys!
- For all credit card payments for surveys and pre-orders, payment charges will only be made on the 17 -18 March after the survey is locked on 17 March.
- Unfortunately, we will not be allowing combined shipping for our online store + this campaign's rewards for this project as we will be using a separate fulfillment team and this may cause confusion.

Lastly, we have just opened our Preorder Store on Backerkit! If you missed out on our project during the campaign period, now is a good time to back it via the Preorder Store! :)
- For those who'd like to use Paypal to check out, our Preorder Store allows for that as well.
- Our Pre-order store will be closing in 2 weeks time on the 14th March.

After 4 exciting weeks, I am SO happy to say that we've successfully reached the end of this campaign! It has been a fun time and I am soooo thankful to all 147 of you! We couldn't have done it without all your support and love for our third ita bag project! Thank you for staying with us through it all! <3
🐻 Payment Errors + Surveys
Kickstarter will be processing all the funds and releasing them to me after 2 weeks. To kickstart the process, I have already went ahead to place orders for our first 2 variants while the other 2 variants are currently in the sample making process. For now I will need your cooperation with:
1. Payment Errors
If your payment was declined (you should receive a notification from Kickstarter), Kickstarter will give you 1 week to fix your payment before your pledge is drop from this campaign. Hence,please do try to fix your payment within the 7 days in order to keep your pledge! If your pledge is dropped, I will unfortunately, not be able to add your pledge back in.
Some common reasons behind payment errors are, insufficient funds, foreign currency charge or your charge was declined by your bank. If so, calling your bank will help resolve the issue!
2. Surveys
We are currently still researching on the best platform to use for our survey and shipping fee collection. More info will come really, really soon!

Here's a quick recap on our estimated timeline:

22 February - March: Kickstarter ends, surveys sent out.

Mid-End March: Funds to reach me and production to begin.

April - June: 2-3 months of production

July: Bags to be shipped out via sea freight. Will take approximately 1 month.

August: Fulfillment of bags to begin

September - October: Backers to start receiving rewards

Hello everyone!
I hope you've all had a lovely week / month! We are here with a little almost-end-of-project update hehehe. Thank you all for your love and support so far! We are super thankful that together, we've managed to unlock up to 3 stretch goals! 🥳
All Stretch Goals Unlocked + Order Submitted!
And so to motivate us further, I have decided to self-fund and unlock our very last stretch goal - the Calico version! I hope this is a nice surprise for anybody who's hoping to get the Calico version 😆
With the Lunar New Year break coming up, we have also went ahead to make samples for our 2 other stretch goals... and have also submitted production order for the bags! Hopefully by submitting order early, you'll get to receive them earlier too! 💘
Freebie Pin Add-On
Next, some of you asked if we will be adding the bread basket freebie pin as an Add-On as not everyone made it in time to grab them during the early-bird period. We've since added that option in the Add-Ons section, so if you'd like to grab it, do feel free to edit your pledge and add it in! 🤎

Hello everyone!
We're just popping by to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who showed up in the first 24 hours!!! Thanks to all of you (!!!) we've managed to unlock our 2 main variants, which also means we've reached our funding goal! 🥳
Now we've got a couple more stretch goals to go... I'm especially loving our Calico variant, so fingers tightly crossed we'll get to unlock that hehe!
Do let me know if you'd like to see our trinket ita bag in any other Cat or Beary variants, and I'll try to ideate some as further stretch goals!
